Building Amenities
Fitness Center
Our wonderful fitness center, located on the main floor, is available free-of-charge to all employees of the building. Open 24-hours a day, equipment is available on a first-come, first serve basis. Prior to gaining access, each employee must sign an indemnification waiver with the management office, who will then activate the employee’s fob for access to the fitness center. There are:
· three (3) Peloton bikes
· four (4) TRUE Fitness Treadmills
· three (3) TRUE Elliptical machines
· one (1) TRUE Recumbent bike
· one (1) Concept rower
· assorted weights, kettle balls, and more!
This is a superior upgrade to the typical modular strength equipment typically located in office fitness centers.
There are three (3) shower rooms, one of which is ADA accessible. Private lockers are provided when visiting the fitness center; however overnight use is not allowed. Once you are finished with the locker, please remove your personal items for the next visitors to use. Items left in the lockers will be removed by end of business on Friday afternoons. If not claimed within 72 hours, the items will be donated to charity.
A towel service will be provided; please be mindful of your fellow co-workers and clean up after yourself in the shower rooms as well as wiping your sweat from the benches after a heavy workout.
Conference & Training Rooms
Four conference and training rooms are located on the main floor of the building and are available free-of-charge to all tenants. The Huddle Room can occupy 4, the Forsyth Room can occupy 10, Brentwood Training Room A and B Rooms can occupy 12 or 18 or be combined for total occupancy of 30. Each room is equipped with audio visual equipment, media screen, and Wi-Fi capabilities. These conference rooms can be utilized for meetings, luncheons, interviews, baby showers, or presentations. To make a reservation 24 or more hours in advance, please contact the management office or reserve a room on the tenant portal (www.cbretenantrequests.com). Should you wish to use a room last minute, we ask that you use the keypad reservation system at each conference or training room door or by calling the management office. A large whiteboard is available upon request to the management team.
Food Services
Micro Mart and Vending
Our micro mart is located on the main floor, equipped with fresh salads, sandwiches, breakfast items, drinks, and snacks. Great American Dining will be on site twice weekly during lunch providing freshly made food and hot entrees. Management will send a memo with the menu or it can also be found at the security desk.
Minnow Pickup Pod
The Pickup Pod is a contactless and convenient way to have food delivered. Instead of interrupting your work to meet the delivery person for a face-to-face handoff, your food will be delivered to the pod and you can pick it up when it’s convenient. The pod is insulated to keep your food fresher while it’s waiting to be picked up.
You can use the Pickup Pod with any food delivery service or local restaurant. The pod should not be used for groceries or for food delivered through the mail system.
In your favorite delivery app, update your delivery instructions to "Drop off in the Pickup Pod Located to the left of the security desk through the double doors by using the kiosk or QR code." Then order as you normally would. When the delivery person arrives, they will deliver your order to the pod and notify you that the delivery has been completed.
When you’re ready to pick up, just go down to the Pickup Pod, scan the QR code with your phone, and follow the instructions. If you don’t know how to scan a QR code or if you don’t have your phone with you, you can use the kiosk. Just tap “PICKUP” and follow the instructions.
Please note – if your food is delivered to the open lobby space and left unattended, the management team will dispose of it.
